Town Board Meetings
Regular meetings of the Russell Town Board are held on the third Tuesday of each month, starting at 6 PM at the town hall.
Notice of Public Hearing
The Town of Russell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 5:30 PM at the Russell Town Hall, 4 Pestle Street, for Local Law 1 of 2026 to override the tax levy limit established by Section 3-C of the New York General Municipal Law.
