Town Board Meetings
Regular meetings of the Russell Town Board are held on the third Tuesday of each month, starting at 6 PM at the town hall.

The Town of Russell is seeking sealed bids for replacing the roof at the Russell Library with steel or shingles. Please include quotes for both steel and shingles in your bid. The location is 24 Pestle Street Russell NY. Prevailing wage rates will apply. For any questions call Supervisor Dereck Matthews at 315-267-6018.
